The study adopted a cross-sectional descriptive research design in which both qualitative and quantitative approaches were used. Data was collected using structured and non-structured questionnaires, an interview guide and documentary review. Quantitative data was entered into the Statistical Package for Social Scientists version 12.0, and analysis was done using Pearson product correlation coefficient to establish relationships between variables while regression analysis determined the strength of the relationship among the study variables.
