This study aimed to assess the effects of critical success factors on public assets disposal in organizations in Uganda. Questionnaire survey and interview guides supplemented by documentary review guide were used to elicit the perceptions of government employees on the critical success factors for public assets disposal in Uganda. One hundred sixteen usable responses were analyzed using Statistical Program for Social Scientist (SPSS) to determine the effects of critical success factors on public assets disposal.
